What is free, and what is Daisy Plus?

Your garden, flowers, daily ritual, journal, bloom quiz and mood check-ins are free forever, and a few chat messages a day are always free. Breathing and stretching with Daisy, flip the thought, drinking water, showering and brushing your teeth together, and a letter from her once a week are free too. Daisy Plus adds unlimited chats, the whole journey to full bloom, a letter after every real talk, photos in chat, the rest of the games and moves (the kind words crossword, color your flower, let it go, flower chess, garden memory and walks together), extra petal colors and double seeds. Your first 7 days include everything, no card needed.

How do I bring my garden to a new phone?

In the app, open Settings and tap “protect or restore your garden” to sign in with Google or Apple. Your garden then backs itself up privately. On a new phone, choose “i already have an account” when Daisy first opens and sign in with the same account.

Can I change my daily ritual?

Yes. On the practices page, in the daily card, tap “add your own” to add anything you like. Tap the dots beside a daily to edit it, move it up or down, move it between morning and evening, or delete it. The starter list is just a gentle suggestion.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by your app store, not by us. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions. Canceling keeps Plus until the period ends, and your garden always stays yours.

How do I delete my account and my data?

Everything lives on your phone, so deleting the app removes it. If you signed in to protect your garden, you can delete the cloud backup and the account yourself: Settings → “garden protected” → “delete cloud backup + account”. Or email us and we will remove it. Is Daisy therapy?

No. Daisy is a supportive companion, not a medical or crisis service. If things feel heavy, the app's crisis link lists real people who can help, anytime.
